Everything you need to know to submit your manuscript

1. Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work not under review elsewhere
  • Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, or DOCX (max 10 MB)
  • Language: English only
  • Word count: 3,000 – 8,000 words (including references)
  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt, double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

2. Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page – Title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author email
  2. Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, conclusions
  3. Keywords – 4–8 keywords
  4. Introduction – Background, problem statement, research objectives
  5. Literature Review – Relevant prior work
  6. Methodology – Research design, data collection, analysis methods
  7. Results & Discussion – Findings and interpretation
  8. Conclusion – Summary and implications
  9. References – APA 7th edition format

3. Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Author and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout.

  • Initial editorial check: 3–5 business days
  • Peer review: 3–5 weeks
  • Decision notification: 4–6 weeks from submission
  • Possible decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject
